Installation of wood-texture and gray cladding panels is largely complete, with scaffolding removed from most building facades.

Commencement of insulation and tiling works on the roof, with construction materials and supplies staged in the ground setback area.
Installation of electrical switch boxes and wiring, in addition to the installation of sewage systems and bathroom fixtures.

The visual appearance is consistent with the surge in finishing completion from 40% to 80%, as work has transitioned from the structural and masonry stages seen in previous photos to the exterior cladding and interior painting phases. The progress of mechanical works to 90% is reflected in the completion of drainage and HVAC installations.
vs previous visit
Compared to the photos from the previous visit (21-26), a radical transformation is evident; while the facades were previously red brick and cement under scaffolding, they now feature their final modern design. Additionally, interior works have progressed from the structural foundation stage to the plastering and painting phase.
Expected next milestones
Installation of aluminum doors and windows, completion of lighting and final switches, interior floor tiling, and general site cleaning.
