Although the textual data indicates 0% completion, the images visually confirm that the skeleton phase has been significantly surpassed. The visible progress is concentrated in the transition from the formwork of the final roof to the masonry and exterior finishing stages.
vs previous visit
During the previous visit (2025-11-06), work was underway on the reinforcement and carpentry for the final floor roof, with extensive wooden formwork present. In the current visit, all formwork has been removed, the exterior walls have been completed with red blocks, and the features of the upper annex have clearly emerged along with an initial plaster layer.
Expected next milestones
Commencement of internal electrical and plumbing installations, completion of external plastering, and start of window frame (aluminum) installation.
